What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB, and check cards or ATM cards, so long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
We also accept Checks, Money Orders and Wire Transfers. If you choose to pay by Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer select the appropriate payment method on the payment page, and directions will be provided to you after you have fully submitted your order.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
We charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to California, Minnesota and Washington. Sales tax is automatically computed on both product(s) and shipping costs.
As of July 1, 2003 VAT (Tax) will be applied on all Digital products sold into the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and The United Kingdom .

Can I order without a credit card?
In addition to Credit Cards, we accept Checks, Money Orders and Wire Transfers.

What address should I enter in the billing information screen?
For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.

How do I enter a shipping address?
If you ordered a physical product, the order form will ask you if you would like the product shipped to the same address as your billing address.
If you do not want the product shipped to same address as your billing address please select "No" and you will be prompted for shipping information after you hit the submit button.

Should I put spaces or dashes in the Credit Card number?
No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers.

What is your Refund Policy?
You are expected to use our products on your system and to thoroughly evaluate usefulness and functionality
of the products before making a purchase. This "try before you buy" approach is the ultimate guarantee
that AUDINI software will perform to your satisfaction; therefore, you understand and agree that there is
no refund policy for any purchase of these software.

When will the credit appear on my credit card?
Once the refund has been processed, it will take about seven to ten business days for the credit to appear on your account. If the credit does not appear, please contact your credit card company and ask where they have posted the credit information. On numerous occasions, banks have posted information in a way that is unexpected.
